How to Install or Convert Linux to Cloudlinux OS

Install Cloudlinux OS By Converting Existing Linux Servers To CloudLinux OS

To switch server from CentOS 5.x, 6.x or 7.x to CloudLinux. The process takes a few minutes and replaces just a handful of RPMs. You have to Get your activation key , either by getting trial subscription or if you purchase the license then you can run the following commands

wget https://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/cldeploy
sh cldeploy -k <activation_key> — if you have activation key
OR
sh cldeploy -i — if you have IP based license
reboot

Once the server rebooted, your server CloudLinux kernel with LVE enabled. The script automatically detects and supports following control panels: cPanel with EA3, Plesk, DirectAdmin, InterWorx. It will install CloudLinux kernel, Apache module, PAM module, command line tools as well as LVE Manager.

LVE Manager

By default LVE will install on the CloudLinux OS server , if the LVE not installed you can run the following command

yum install lvemanager
